The 14^th International Symposium on Vectors and Vector Borne Diseases (ICOV-14) is organized jointly by the Indian Council of Medical Research – Regional Medical Research Center (ICMR-RMRC) Bhubaneswar and the National Academy of Vectors and Vector Borne Diseases in India  (NAVBD), from  January 9-11, 2019 at Hotel Swosti Premium, Bhubaneswar. The theme of the conference is “Vector Borne Diseases: Evolution to Elimination”.

The year 2019 bears a special significance since this is the 25^th year of the academy (NAVBD). To commemorate its silver jubilee, the academy will organize special lectures on different burning topics on cutting edge research by inviting researchers of national and international repute. More than 300 participants are expected to attend the conference from different parts of the country and abroad belonging to academics, research organizations, programme managers and policy makers of national disease control programmes.
